Luis began helping people with the Marketplace, also known as Obamacare, and the dental and vision standalone plans. He speaks English and Spanish fluently. 

Giedre Parrado, BIP Vice-President She began her career as a health insurance broker in 2014. While Luis was representing well-known insurance companies at the beginning of his career such as United Healthcare and later Devoted Health working as a captive agent, Giedre was helping him with those individuals that were not a good fit for the products that Luis was able to offer at that time. She speaks fluently English, Lithuanian, and Russian.
